To issue a refund, you must send a request to technical support. In your request, please indicate the service number, the reason for the refund, and, if the payment was made via cryptocurrency, provide the wallet address for the refund.


To issue a refund, you must confirm that there is a problem that prevents you from using our services. We will check and try to resolve it. If the problem cannot be resolved, the refund will be made in accordance with our policy.


We inform you that we will issue a refund within 14 days. Please note that depending on the payment method, the process of crediting funds may take up to 45 days after the refund is issued.


The refund amount will not include bonus accruals from our company. Refunds for the domain registration and network rental service are not possible!
