Instructions for Canceling an Incorrectly Ordered VPS

If you have accidentally ordered a VPS and would like to cancel it, please follow these instructions. You can cancel the service within 5 days from the date of order. After the cancellation, the funds will be credited to your account balance, and you will be able to order a new VPS with the desired configuration.

Steps to cancel the service:

1. Log in to your personal account on our website using your credentials.
2. Go to the "My Services" section and select the VPS you want to cancel.
   
   
3. Click the "Delete" button next to the selected service.
   
   
4. On the next page, you will need to confirm the cancellation. Enter the service ID (it can be found in the VPS details) in the appropriate field.
5. Click "Delete" to finalize the cancellation.
   
   

After this, your VPS will be canceled, and the funds will be returned to your account balance.
